I provide both private and group movement classes (blending yoga, Pilates, and corrective exercises in a modality called Restore Your Core™). Exercises offered are great for all bodies and safe for prenatal and postpartum moms. By combining alignment, breath, and core engagement strategies we work to retrain core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, responsive, and supportive to our body. Restore Your Core helps you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns, and create new pattens of strength, mobility, and support. Meet the Teacher/Coach: I am Vanessa Leigh, Certified RYC® Pro Teacher with a B.S. in Health and Exercise. I am a longtime movement enthusiast and mother of two boys. I have restored function to my core and pelvic floor and am thrilled to help others do the same.
