Hi! My name is Kaylee and I’ve been a fitness instructor for over 6 years. In that time, I have worked with many different clients and groups ranging from personal training to weightlifting to sports-specific training and also varying sized group CrossFit classes. I strive to train, educate, and empower women regardless of where they live. Moms In Training offers online and local fitness programs in St. Augustine, Florida to help you navigate through motherhood and at the same time foster a community of other moms who can relate to you. From pelvic floor health to learning how to monitor/manage/resolve common symptoms- diastasis recti, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, & more. We will work together to implement strategies into workouts and daily life that work for you. I collaborate with pelvic floor physical therapists from coast to coast and host local & virtual Womens health & Fitness workshops throughout the year.     My husband knew I was worried about working out safely during pregnancy, so he found Kaylee when I was in my first trimester and encouraged me to sign up to her program. It was the best decision. I have been learning so much from her, getting all the support I need and even the support I didn’t know that I need, and it is so important during pregnancy. Breathing, pelvic floor, prevent coning, posture, scaling options, and so on. She is very knowledgeable and always present making sure everything is going well. I totally trust Kaylee and I will definitely count on her to workout safely and to get that extra encouragement during my postpartum.
