Dr. Bonnie Lasher , PT, DPT
Dr. Bonnie Lasher has a passion for working with patients to help regain their pelvic health and specializes exclusively in the field. Bonnie works at PelvicSanity, one of the nation's foremost pelvic health clinics, and has treated patients from all over the world with a variety of pelvic health issues. All of her appointments are an hour in length, and her treatment focuses on hands-on, manual therapy techniques to provide the best possible care for patients. Bonnie works with patients who are experiencing pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, and orthopedic pelvic pain. She has a particular passion for the post-natal community, working to help mothers of all ages resolve common issues like incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse, or low back pain. The author of Gut Health: The Complete Patient Guide, Bonnie started the New Mom's Walk-and-Talk events at PelvicSanity, building community among new mothers. Bonnie is also the co-founder of the Pelvic Research Portal, the field's most comprehensive pelvic health research resource. Before joining the team at PelvicSanity, Bonnie spent time at Scripps Hospital and Kaiser Permanente. She's also used her physical therapy skills on overseas trips to Nepal and Ghana, and volunteers with organizations like STEP Up Mentoring and the Surfrider Foundation. Bonnie makes her home in Dana Point, and enjoys hiking, swimming, snorkeling, ceramics and painting.
