The Best You Physical Therapy was founded with the concept of helping all women achieve a better version of themselves during pregnancy and in their postpartum state. No matter what you may be experiencing, I have treated it. If you experience leaking when you sneeze or jump, or you are experiencing painful intercourse, there is help. What you are experiencing is not normal. It can occur and it can also be fixed. Treatments are private one-on-one sessions and are performed in the comfort of your home. I provide long and comprehensive evaluations that you will not find anywhere else. That way nothing is missed and the root of your problem is found. My hope is that you will learn valuable tools and have a great understanding of your symptoms, that will empower you to confidently care for yourself.
