That is why, as a team, we can use this time for you to discuss, assess and treat your injury. ​ With your permission Tanya will take a medical history for both yourself and of the injury before moving forward with assessment and choose a suitable treatment for you. ​ Tanya will explain each stage of the process and welcomes any questions you may have.     I also worked with Tanya postnatally for 1:1 training sessions and Pilates…Tanya checked my abdominals and pelvis. I don’t think I would get a service like this at a gym!

    I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tanya, she is extremely knowledgable and always put my wellbeing first.

    I would definitely recommend sessions, either pre or postnatal with Tanya. She is excellent and your health and wellbeing is always top priority. I even brought my baby with me to a couple of sessions, which was great, allowing me to have a great workout!

    Tanya is very dedicated and focused in her field. I had a severe pelvic girdle pain after pregnancy, Tanya helped me to get back to my day today activities and encourage me to push to my limits to be fit again. I will definately recommend Tanya.
