I’m Shanyn, a holistic movement coach, fit pro, personal trainer, and mind/body wellness coach.
I help women move and feel better in their bodies. My private home studio is where I teach classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.
I’m certified in many techniques and am always learning more, but I focus on breath and pelvic floor/core synergy, building body/mind awareness, Anatomy in Motion techniques, myofascial release, and Hypopressive Low-Pressure Fitness. My clients are generally postnatal and up through menopause.
