Sarah Smith is on a mission to help women do what she did and conquer their pelvic health struggles, build STRENGTH and SKILLS! She educates ALL of her clients on pelvic health, breathing mechanics, alignment and gut health to help PREVENT an heal pelvic health struggles. Sarah specializes in helping women return to fitness and strength training to feel STRONG and CAPABLE after a pelvic organ prolapse or over-active pelvic floor diagnosis as well as helping women identify their pelvic health as the source of their pain, injuries and performance struggles. She uses kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, barbells, sand bags, sleds, Original Strength and natural movement training modalities to show women the MANY ways they can build strength and fitness despite current limitations cause by their pelvic health. Everything is SCALABLE! Everything can be MODIFIED! Sarah coaches women online and in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is also a mom to three boys and one English Bulldog. She loves soil, coffee and not folding laundry.
