At Essential Foundations Pelvic Physical Therapy we specialize in treating pelvic floor dysfunction by offering individualized, one on one care for our patients by a doctor of Physical Therapy. We believe in a whole body holistic and integrative approach to treatment to not just address symptoms but resolve the underlying "why" of your dysfunction. Our physical therapy treatments are based on specific findings from our through evaluations and when appropriate may include hands on manual work internal and external, personalized prescribed strengthening and/or relaxation programs, or biofeedback to increase your body's awareness. Whatever your age or fitness level, our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to restore your health and wellness and meet your personal goals.

Insurance and Payment Info

Essential Foundations Pelvic PT is an "Out of Network" Provider and does not contract with any insurance companies. This means fees for services are collected at time of service and that you are responsible for submitting any claims to your insurance if you wish to seek reimbursement. We are not at this time eligible to treat patients with Medicare. So if you are a Medicare patient please contact us so we can make you a proper referral.
