About
Rachel is the founder of Liberate Pelvic Health and a pelvic health rehab therapist with special interests in eating disorder recovery, trauma-informed care and social justice. She is passionate about working with the people who may have additional layers of ecological trauma that contribute to their pelvic health concerns, which can include but is not limited to people who identify as BIPOC & LGBTQIA+. Liberate Pelvic Health offers integrative and holistic therapy to address pelvic health concerns for any body. Pelvic health concerns are anything that cause distress or dysfunction in your daily life having to do with the muscles, organs, nerves, and connective tissues that are located in your pelvic bowl. She is fairly fluid by nature, and therefore flows between functional movement, soft tissue mobilization, breath work, targeted exercise, body awareness and self-care development to help clients make progress towards their goals. She is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.
