The Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center is a physical therapy practice that specializes in treatment of men, women, and transgender/gender nonconforming with pelvic floor disorders. The associated diagnoses we treat include: Pelvic pain syndromes: pudendal neuralgia, vulvodynia, vaginismus, vestibulodynia, interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, nonbacterial chronic prostatitis, coccydynia (tailbone pain), pelvic girdle pain, and myofascial pain syndrome. Bladder and Bowel dysfunction: urinary incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, dysuria, fecal incontinence, constipation, Sexual dysfunction: dyspareunia (painful sex), anorgasmia, erectile dysfunction, post-ejaculatory pain, PGAD, and hormonal issues associated with perimenopause and menopause. Pregnancy and postpartum pelvic health services: pregnancy-related pain, diastasis recti, urine leakage during and after pregnancy, painful sex, Cesarean scar pain, perineal scar pain, and much more. Post surgical rehabilitation: pudendal nerve decompression, prostatectomy, pelvic organ prolapse repair, endometriosis excision/ablation, Cesarean section, neovaginoplasty, phalloplasty, metoidioplasty, and many more. Our interdisciplinary approach enables each of our licensed physical therapists to take all appropriate medical disciplines into account when developing a comprehensive treatment plan for each patient.
