Lyndi Rivers is a licensed social worker and certified yoga therapist who has been working with individuals with pelvic floor pain and dysfunction since 2014. She offers therapeutic yoga classes that focus on mindfully relaxing, activating, and strengthen the pelvic floor and muscles that surround the pelvis. She offers private yoga therapy sessions that uses a variety of modalities to support individuals on their healing journey. She teaches workshop to individuals who are interested in learning more about their pelvis and pelvic health.
