Dr. Loren Carver is a pelvic floor physical therapist. She studied at South Dakota State University and received a Bachelor’s of Science in exercise science. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Emory University in 2015 with highest honors. She has over 7 years experience treating orthopedic concerns. She has taken many (6+) advanced training courses in pelvic floor rehabilitation, treatment of chronic pelvic pain, visceral (organ) mobilizations, and working with female athletes to overcome leakage and pain. She is undergoing her coaching certificate as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. She takes a hands-on and evidence based approach to her care. She is passionate about restoring quality of life to her pelvic health patients. She enjoys working with pregnant and postpartum women to restore their well-being and confidence in their body. Loren is PCES certified (Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist). She believes pelvic floor related conditions need a holistic approach and believes in collaborating with other practitioners to maximize recovery for her patients.
