I have a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences, John F Barnes Myofascial Release Certification & Skill Enhancement Internship, and continuing education in pelvic health courses. In addition to, I attend educational courses through The Integrative Women’s Health Institute and GGS Coaching Certification to understand, connect, serve, and empower individuals to actively participate in their self-healing.

We are an Occupational Therapy private practice that specializes in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach. We help people with pain and dysfunction return to activities they love. We treat the whole body so that you feel whole again. No matter the diagnosis, we can help you! What makes us unique is that we treat the WHOLE person, mind-body-soul connection. Our treatments reflect this approach and is instrumental in facilitating self-healing. We are a client-centered practice meaning we listen from the client’s point of view and treat the client with respect.

Insurance and Payment Info

We are a cash-based out of network medical provider. This allows us to provide the necessary treatments without the insurance companies’ influence. Clients are provided with a Super Bill (itemized bill) which can be self-submitted to your insurance company. All in-person treatment sessions are due in full at time of service. Cash, credit card, check, and FSA/HSA are accepted.
