Kelly Poole is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 22 years of experience, committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. She began in orthopedics in 1998 then transitioned into Women's Health / Pelvic Health in 2005. After birthing her own four children, Kelly became even more passionate about working with women to treat and prevent pelvic floor dysfunction. She empowers her clients to restore their core and integrate whole-body function, with an emphasis on wellness, education, and client-specific goals. Skilled in evaluation and treatment of the neuromusculoskeletal system including pelvic floor, orthopedic, postural, and movement dysfunctions. This includes but is not limited to: pelvic pain, urinary/bowel dysfunction, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, spine / hip / sacroiliac pain, and abdominal issues. Treatment approach is integrative and includes various manual therapy techniques, prescriptive exercises, breathing, postural retraining, and EMG biofeedback. Kelly is a continual learner, staying aware of the latest research and treatments to offer her clients. She often speaks in her community on pelvic health and enjoys collaborating with other dedicated professionals who care for women.
