Kelley has nearly 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, especially in the treatment of chronic back, hip, and pelvic pain. Kelley is a Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and is also Certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT). Kelley is passionate about women's and men’s pelvic health and treats a multitude of diagnoses including but not limited to stress and urge urinary incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, prolapse, pelvic and low back pain, fecal incontinence, constipation, pre/post prostatectomy, chronic prostatitis, erectile dysfunction, dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia, diastasis recti, and other peripartum conditions. She recently completed extensive coursework to earn her certification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Kelley is also an avid runner and 5-time Boston qualifier and has extensive knowledge on video gait analysis and corrective exercises. Kelley seeks to find the primary symptom drivers and utilizes a multimodal treatment approach combining manual therapy, breath work, and exercise to improve pain, mobility, and movement coordination. By discharge, Kelley’s goals are for her patients to feel confident moving and managing symptom flares.
