Hi! My name is Kate, a CrossFit coach of 4 years in Greeley, CO. My mission is to help empower, educate, and support women as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum and beyond about pelvic floor and core health. I provide individualized strategies to help support and build long term strength, function and performance. As an athlete I was often told to listen to my body and to continue to do what I had always done. As a direct result of my own experiences - trouble to conceive, an idealized birth plan to having an emergency c-section due to HELLP, to having incontinence, diastasis recti along with a hernia and low back pain- I realized after my second pregnancy this was NOT how motherhood was supposed to be. I became a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach in 2017 starting my business TulaFit in January 2018. In working with several Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists, both locally and out of state, ongoing professional education and collaborations- I have been able to regain function, perfomance and provide that same opportunity to many other women. I have worked with former CrossFit Regionals level athletes to women just starting their fitness journey. Women who are local to me and across the world. Women who CrossFit, Olympic lift, and who ultimately just want to lift their children. I work with your pelvic floor PT (case by case) so you have a team to support you. I felt alone and lost for many years and I want other women to know that there is so much help and hope.
