Corrective Core & Musculoskeletal Health, LLC was founded in 2014 by Julie Jetzer a Bodywork Therapist LMBT #17706, Certified Personal Trainer, and Health Coach to help her clients with chronic pain due to neuromuscular miscommunications of the body. Her main focus is restoring tension in the connective tissue inside the gap of a Diastasis Recti, rebuild strength in the pelvic floor and teaching client better movements to eliminate intra-abdominal forces, and advanced connective tissue therapies as a Bodywork Therapist, LMBT. Julie graduated from NC School of Advanced Bodywork, received her LMBT Licence. During her studies at the NC School of Advanced Bodywork she attended and became Certified is several advanced modalities, for more information see the links of study in the Mission Session. My Mission I love working with women helping them strengthen their neurological connection to the core cylinder of the body, relieving the negative side effect caused by Diastasis Recti and/or weak pelvic floor. Exercises are taught one-on-one combined with my online platform; this way you can review and continue to learn when you have time. My aim is to give you all the tools, support, and bodywork therapy you need to tap back into restorative fitness, better posture, and movement patterns.
