“I don’t even know where to begin to sing the praises of The Pelvic PT. Judith was recommended to me by a local mom’s group after the birth of my daughter. I was experience a lot of discomfort and general anxiety about my body. During my sessions, Judith took the time to address every concern I had and truly listened to me. She put both my body and my mind back together again. I cannot thank her enough for the confidence she has given me to move forward as a mom. Thank you Judith!!!” – J.B.
“I worked with Judith at the Pelvic PT to recover from my first delivery and prepare for the birth of my second child and could not recommend her more highly. Judith is highly intelligent and a student of the human body – she takes her time to explain to you not only what’s happening but why, so that you understand how to change things and what to avoid. Her exercises and directions are clear, simple, and effective. She’s a gem!” – R.H.
“I went to The Pelvic PT after having my son. I was 3 months postpartum and having some issues with my scar tissue and general abdominal pain and swelling from the C-section. Judith was amazing! She listened to my concerns/complaints and would work on the tissue. She always gave me homework to do but was understanding that you may not get to it every day. I only ended up seeing her for 5 sessions (including the evaluation) but it changed my life. Judith not only helped with my scar and abdominal discomfort but she offered suggestions to help relieve tension in my shoulders from holding a 10+ lbs baby and nursing along with general stress (my shoulders is where I hold all my stress). I can’t recommend Judith enough. I was so lucky to have found her and my only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner.” – G.R.
