About

Joanne is a graduate of the University of Connecticut,1978. She has made her professional home in Columbus GA for the past 18 years, where she is mentored by Thomas Boers PT, FAAOMPT in his Dutch manual therapy treatment of spinal disorders. In 2010 she began her studies into Pelvic Physical Therapy. She earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through the Herman and Wallace Institute in November 2016. Joanne is passionate about her pelvic health patients. Adult diagnoses treated include back and neck pain pregnancy and postpartum, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, organ prolapse, pelvic pain inclusive of vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, vaginismus, pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain/ IC, endometriosis, dyspareunia and coccydynia/tailbone pain. Joanne schedules her patients in one hour intervals to allow adequate time to attend to the needs of her patients.

Additional Highlights

HPRC is a private physical therapy practice that contracts to St Francis Hospital in Columbus Ga. The Main Street/ Veterans Parkway location is a satellite office off of the hospital grounds.
