About
I am an HCPC registered, highly specialist pelvic and womens health physiotherapist based in the private sector, previously on Harley Street in central London, and now in Hadleigh, Suffolk. I have spent 20 years providing expert care to clients in both NHS and private health settings. I am passionate about my work, and will use an analytical approach combined with the most effective physiotherapy techniques to provide you with the best care possible. I specialise in the treatment of all aspects of pelvic and womens health physiotherapy including: pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, bladder, and bowel control issues, vaginal prolapse, pelvic pain (in pregnancy and afterwards), postnatal abdominal muscle separation, and chronic pelvic pain. I am perhaps best known in London for my work with women with vulval pain conditions (vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, neuropathic vulval pain), overactive (hypertonic) pelvic floor muscles, painful bladder syndrome, pudendal neuralgia and male pelvic floor dysfunction. I use a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise prescription to work with you to resolve your condition. I will maintain the highest professional standards at all times, and will combine this with providing a comfortable, relaxed environment, and a reassuring, honest and open approach to your physiotherapy treatment and care.
