Erica brings 30+ years of body/mind training and expertise to her mission of De-Mystifying the International Erectile Epidemic using research-based best practices from multiple disciplines, common sense, and a knowing splash of women's intuition. Creative Body Release is a philosophy and methodology that acknowledges that the life journey creates many opportunities for the body to hold on to that which doesn't feel good, causing pain and suffering that impacts much more than one system. Erica's varied experience and background allows her to be "the grout" in the mosaic that brings all the disparate pieces into a unified whole so that relief can be found. Erica works as the bridge in the journey that has moved from pain to neutral but seems stuck on crossing into a new chapter of pleasure, ease and a life of feeling great. Erica's unique method for working with arousal and erectile issues (in all gender identities) is founded on a deep understanding of the developmental trajectory of the sensory-motor system and incorporates dance and movement education, sexological bodywork (especially masturbation coaching), cranial-sacral unwinding, polarity, reflexology, mind-set and mind-fullness, creative visualization, postural impacts, compassion, practicality, and fun! Erica enjoys working as part of a care team of therapists and professionals and also offers mentoring and consultations to those who want to deepen their own work and understanding of how they can incorporate this holistic approach to embodied sexuality in their own practices.

Additional Highlights

As a result of losing my partner to undiagnosed diabetes at the age of only 42, it is my mission to help men, and the people who love them, to become their own empowered health advocates. Erectile issues in particular are often telling the mind to "wake up and pay attention!" to something that is disrupting the system. By learning how to listen, and decipher, key signals of the body, I can help you to better communicate with providers (and partners )the details and questions that those signals are requiring. Together we will find the messages and the path forward, be it through prevention, remediation and/or re-imagination.

Insurance and Payment Info

Unfortunately insurance doesn't cover sexual health and well-being services like mine. Maybe one day sexual wellness will be seen in the USA as a basic human right, but for now, it's an out of pocket expense. I do offer a 15% discount if you mention pelvic global.
