Emily was my doula during my pregnancy and birth. Emily really eased the anxiety of first time parenthood for both myself and my husband. She exhibits professionalism as well as develops such a deep relationship with her clients. I feel blessed to have Emily part of my birth story and my life 🙂

Emily is fantastic and I believe she really impacted both my birth and postpartum recovery in wonderful ways. I took her Birth Ball Basics class when I was in my third trimester and her Pelvic Floor, Core, and More class a few months postpartum. She does such a great job of describing anatomy with her mental images. I’m not an athlete, never have been, but the way she describes things really helped me to connect with my body and do the exercises correctly. I’m now pregnant with my second baby and I’m excited for her to be my birth doula! She has a gentle and encouraging demeanor and is a joy to be around.

Emily is amazing! She is kind and gentle as she teaches. I have taken her hypnobirthing class, postpartum fitness class & the birth ball class. I have learned so much about my body and what it can handle. Emily was also my doula. She was everything I needed. She educated me, held my hand, coached me when I wanted to give up & she helped me have a beautiful birth of my son. I cried when she wasn’t available for my daughter’s birth. She’s that good! She also connects mothers with each other. This is the most invaluable gift she gives. She has created a community of the mothers she has served & they continue to support each other through all the highs & lows of motherhood. Emily has changed my life & I’m so grateful!
