With an M.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology) and 6+ years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a well-rounded fitness coach. My passion is to help clients lead healthier lives through movement. My approach to exercise is holistic with an overarching theme of long-term sustainable physical activity. I help both novice and advanced clients achieve their movement and health goals through evidence-based program design with a special focus on movement mastery and progressive overload. I have spent the last 5 years working exclusively with women at different stages of motherhood (trying to conceive, pregnant, and postpartum). I am well versed on the anatomical and physiological changes that occur during this transformative time and have worked with hundreds of women, all with unique experiences. I help women train in smart ways, taking into consideration the demands of pregnancy, recovery and rehabbing needs postpartum, and long-term physical fitness goals.
