Oh, HELLO, friends! I graduated from Marquette University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, with High Clinical Honors, in 2006. In the years since, I have obtained Board Certifications in both Orthopedics (how bones and muscles and joints work) and women's health (which is actually pelvic health for people with penises AND vaginas...and everything in between!!). In doing so, I am one of a handful of PTs in the world who hold these dual Board Certifications.

Kelly is the most compassionate, dedicated, knowledgeable, hilarious and loving person anyone could ever ask to have as a PT. Without batting an eye, she provided unwavering belief, guidance and encouragement in healing my pelvis, abdomen, and pelvic floor back to strength and health for professional cycling. I often think my injuries would have been career ending without Kelly, but instead they were career transfoming, as she helped me show everyone what we can overcome.

Kelly is the most effective (and fun!) PT I’ve ever worked with, having helped me with serious hip, back, and pelvic floor issues. Kelly doesn’t approach PT in a cookie-cutter way—she is very curious, incredibly knowledgeable, and really ponders what is going on. She sees the connections between the body systems and comes up with customized therapy to get things working and feeling better. She explains so clearly what is going on and the why of the therapy, and she makes it fun! She’s helped me become healthier, and thankfully, she’s helped me stop blaming myself for the problems I’ve had.

Kelly is a gift to so many of us! Her pelvic floor work—treatment and training other PTs—is reaching so many people who had no idea there was help.

Dr. Kelly Sadauckas was integral in my postpartum healing. I suffered from significant pelvic pain and thought that it was a normal outcome after 2 pregnancies. After several therapy sessions, not only was my pelvic pain gone, but I was also equipped with the knowledge necessary to continue to strengthen my pelvic floor independently. As a mother and athlete, this awareness has improved my overall health and quality of life. I recommend Dr. Kelly to everyone I know, whether they have experienced pregnancies or not. My only regret is not seeing Dr. Kelly sooner as I have been amazed at how connected my pelvic health is to the rest of my body and wellbeing. It has been one of the best decisions of my life!
