I’ve reached out to Karla on a few separate occasions, regarding lower back pain, menstrual cramping and similar concerns. She was extremely helpful with figuring out what the issue was and provided detailed information, along with making sure I understood what it was. Karla also recommended the best solutions to benefit me and my health. She made the process much easier and will guide you in the correct direction!
Reached out to Karla to ask about pain I was having in my pelvis, it was so bad that I couldn’t walk. My local Doctors office was steering me in the wrong direction. Without even having an exam, she asked all of the right questions and told me I most likely had SPD. I told my doctors what we had discussed and they sent me right in for X-rays. This process would have been much longer and drawn out if it weren’t for Karla’s knowledge and expertise. I truly appreciate her!
