Pelvic PrideAbout
I believe the best care begins with YOU and your goals . By providing a private, welcoming environment, you will be able to discuss your concerns, ask any questions you have, and gain a better understanding of your body. I take a hands-on approach, incorporating manual therapy into your treatment and structure each session around your current symptoms and the goals we have set for your recovery. You will not be left hooked up to a machine, kegels are not for everyone, and you will have homework. I feel by taking an approach that requires your involvement in your recovery, YOU will feel in control and better able to react when symptom flare ups occur. Pelvic Pride provides a safe space for people of all genders, sexual orientations, race, age, religion, and identity . Let’s discuss your needs and how I can help you take control of your body and get back to living your best life.
