Dr. Ann Udofia is a licensed physical therapist (PT) in California, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. She works at Kaiser Permanente in Dublin, CA and is the co-founder of Body Connect Health & Wellness/ Body Connect Physical Therapy (a health and wellness clinic) in Washington D.C & CA. She has 16 years of clinical experience, and is a successful entrepreneur and thought leader in the areas of pelvic health rehabilitation (for all genders), pre-natal/ post-partum health, LGBTQ+ health, chronic pain management, sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. As a former pelvic pain patient herself, and a mother of two, her commitment in the area of women’s health has led to various accomplishments. These include, developing pelvic health programs at Palo Medical Foundation in San Carlos, CA; Agile Physical Therapy Headquarters (the preferred PT provider for Google) in Palo Alto; and successfully treating numerous patients and empowering them to return to a high quality of life. She is a strong proponent of wellness and prevention and actively organizes and leads various community engagements to empower her local community of new or expecting parents, working professionals, athletes and chronic pain sufferers about the value of self care. Having lived in four continents across the world (Africa, Asia, Europe and North America), her global citizenship and experiences have enriched her ability to connect to patients and colleagues with diverse backgrounds.
