I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Ann not only as my PT but a beautiful human-being!
I have been working with Ann on pelvic floor, spine and visceral related issues resulting from a challenging, chronic history of endometriosis as well as the after math of 4 surgeries for my endometriosis. Ann’s level of expertise and her gift of tailoring the plan of care to my specific needs has played a huge part in my recovery from my most recent surgery in April.
Ann is an amazing listener, very empathetic, caring and compassionate about her work. Like many, my endo journey has been long and challenging…and it has been very hard to find good care and a team who has experience with endo. Finding Ann has been such a blessing! To find a PT that actually understands the progression and challenges of the disease but also has several tools in her belt to help with healing and ease of my symptoms is so amazing and I cannot recommend Ann enough!
Specifically, Ann has helped to relieve pain and discomfort I have from scarred tissue and adhesions that are likely due to the chronicity of the disease as well as the surgeries. In addition to this, she has helped treat my symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction which I really had no idea how much this was contributing to my discomfort until working with Ann. I leave each session feeling lighter, with less to no pain, but most importantly with an understanding of what to do on my own now to help improve my quality of life.
Thank you so much Ann for helping me to better understand my own body, get back on track and for giving me hope. You are truly a gift and we need more PT’s just like you!

Ann Udofia, D.P.T is excellent – a skilled and thoughtful practitioner and a kind, caring and sensitive person.
She resolved two chronic issues for me in the course of seeing her over a series of P.T. sessions. First, she resolved the issue that brought me to her – chronic knee pain. By releasing my hip and glut tightness, which had caused the misalignment and resulting ache after years of misuse, I am now pain-free, walking and playing tennis with total ease.
Second, as if the knee wasn’t enough, she solved a problem for which I would never have sought out a physical therapist. As a 69 y.o. woman I had begun to have painful intercourse. After gynecological treatments failed me, Ann told me that Pelvic Floor Work is not just for incontinence! It works for vaginal issues as well.
Hooray for me! Many thanks to Ann!
