LEADERSHIP TEAM
Tracy Sher, Founder/CEO & Instructor

Tracy Sher, a leader in pelvic health, founded Pelvic Guru in 2012 as a hobby site with a passion and desire to improve access to information and resources about pelvic health to the public. The response to the originally small blog website and social media account was overwhelmingly positive and has now grown to include a full spectrum of services - health professional education and mentoring courses, patient groups on social media, the largest multidisciplinary global pelvic health directory, and a wide array of resources. Tracy has the opportunity to travel around the U.S. and world teaching, mentoring, and consulting with some of the leading hospitals, companies, and health and fitness professionals in the pelvic and women’s health specialties.
Tracy is also CEO and Clinical Director of Sher Pelvic Health and Healing, a pelvic physical therapy private practice in Orlando, FL. Tracy has built a strong reputation amongst patients and practitioners in Orlando and around the world due to her dedication to evidence-based practice and exceptional patient care experiences. Orlando Family Magazine named Tracy “Readers’ Choice for Best Doctor for Women 2016” in the area of female pelvic medicine – the only physical therapist ever on the list.
Tracy also served on the Board of Directors for the International Pelvic Pain Society. She has a passion for treating and advocating for better care for complex pelvic pain, sexual pain and pudendal neuralgias for men and women and is committed to improving women's health care across the lifespan - pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
